90 Day Parts & Labor Warranty
(with Optional Extended Warranty)

Every Varcade Entertainment product (unless specified at time of purchase) comes with a 90 Day Parts & Labor Warranty as well as unlimited telephone support from the day that you recieve your product. Our warranty covers all of the functional parts of the product you are buying.

If you experience issues during this time period, you can contact us and we will send a technician to your location to take care of the problem. Cosmetic issues that do not affect the functional aspects of the product (such as issues with artwork) are not covered by this warranty.

You can also purchase an Optional Extended Warranty that will extend this coverage for a particular amount of time. Time periods and prices of our extended warranties depend on the product being purchased.

Every Varcade Entertainment product maintains the Authentic Look & Feel of the product at the time it was originally produced. This means that whether you recieve a custom built, new, or refurbished product, we strive to make sure that it works as intended.

On custom built and new products, this means making sure that everything “just works” when you get it to your location. On refurbished products, this means restoring their functionality to the original factory manufactured state so that it works as if it had just come off of a manufacturing line.
